See one of the most magnificent stands of Western Juniper in the world, some over 2,000 years old. Learn to identify trees and wildflowers of the Sierra forest, see evidence of the area’s glaciated past and hear unique tales of Hope Valley history. Hikes start at 10:00AM and require a short 6 minute drive. Total time-about 2 ½ hours.
