Market Party returns to Wylder Windham for some real summer fun! On August 15th, Market Party will fill the grounds with a handpicked mix of artists, makers, vintage curators, designers, specialty food vendors, and other wonderful people we think you should know about.
We have Vendors EVERYWHERE! Find a special collection of small businesses around the property. Here’s your pre-guide to shopping:
- The Ballroom: Vendors Gift Shop! Shop handmade specialties here, located inside The Lobby.
- Killside: Outdoor Food (& More) oasis!
- The Pines Inn: Library turned Clothing, Vintage, and Accessories haven.
Come for the vendors. Stay for the mountains, cocktails, music, superior lounging, DJs, and the excuse to spend a summer Saturday somewhere prettier than your living room. Free Entry for all, pets are welcome!

Catskills icon Phoenicia Diner is bringing their classic comfort food. La Ruta Del Sol has homemade Ecuadorian staples like empanadas, arroz con gondules, and sweet plantains. Refresh your palette with the likes of Lemon Love. Sip traditional favorites from Skillers Mountaintop Distillery. Save room for dessert with Isabel Gelati’s gelato cart, Isn’t She Lovely’s vegan treats, and Hungry Heart Bakery’s specialty menu for those who love to mix sweet with savory. Live music from local icon Joseph James Vulpis! Joseph James Band, is a seasoned musician raised in Oceanside and Syosset, NY. His career includes performances at iconic Long Island and NYC venues, touring, producing, and playing alongside legends including Lady Gaga, Bono, Andrea Bocelli, and Ritchie Blackmore. A prolific songwriter, Joe also spent years on Nashville’s Music Row with notable country music credits.
Bringing the kiddos? We have something for them too. Sean the Prankster will be roaming around Wylder with tons of tricks up his sleeves to entertain the little ones.
