Built over 140 years, each of our seven historic lodges has been lovingly restored by local craftsmen for the next generation of upstate adventurers. From Victorian buildings to more modern accommodations and residences you can rent out for your entire party, we offer something for everyone. Choose from a collection of Suites and King- and Queen-bedded rooms featuring oak floors, custom furniture, and luxurious bathrooms. Several of our rooms also boast large balconies with unobstructed views of Windham Mountain or the Batavia Kill River.

Cozy & Manor Rooms
Our Cozy & Manor rooms feature distinct views of the property, some rooms have a soaking tub and others offer a communal balcony at our Manor House.

The Charming rooms are sprawled around different buildings on property, they offer respite and comfort at an instant with their natural tones, wide plank oak floors and contemporary finishes.
Streamside & Mountainview with Balcony Rooms
Wake up and listen to the Batavia Kill flow or see the breathtaking views of Windham Mountain. Each room embraces the expansive scenery with its spacious private balconies to begin or end the day.
Suites
Our Suites don’t skimp on space. These spacious suites feature one or two bedroom offering King and Queen sized beds, a separate seating area and Carrara marble bathrooms with Bamford amenities.
Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is the perfect place for family gatherings, celebrations or any occasion that involves a larger crowd. The farmhouse features four bedrooms with king sized beds, two and a half baths, an open kitchen, a dining room, and 2 sitting rooms.
