The reservations office is open 7 days a week from 8am-10pm.

The Wylder Windham vibe is pretty chill. Everyone is welcome here. We pride ourselves on being honest, friendly and fun. We like to spend time with loved ones and like-minded guests. Flip flops or closed toe. Chic resort garments or tank tops. We keep it real. We don’t judge. Come as you are.

How to get there?

Driving: from NYC, Exit 21 on I-87/New York State Thruway
Bus: Adirondack Trailways runs from NYC’s Port Authority Bus Terminal to the Windham bus stop.
Train: Amtrak operates daily between NYC’s Penn Station and Hudson, NY– a 40-minute drive from Windham. You can rent a car or get a taxi from there.

What is the weather in Windham like?

Our summers are beautiful and mild. Our falls are gorgeous with crisp mornings and lovely afternoons. In the winter, it gets cold up here, which is great for snow and winter sports. Pack some layers!

What are the restaurant hours?

Babblers, our restaurant and bar is open Wednesday-Saturdays 4pm-9pm and on Sundays for Brunch from 1oam-4pm.

Babblers Bakery is open 7 days a week 7am-4pm.

The Bar is open until 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

What are the check in/check out times?

Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please speak to our guest services team.

Is the hotel dog-friendly?

Yes! We are dog-friendly property-wide for $50 per dog, per night. Your dog must be leashed while in public spaces and please remember to clean up after your pet. We do not allow any other pets besides dogs. We also have a fenced-in private dog run on property.

What are some activities/things to do in and around Windham?

Windham is an outdoor paradise full of different adventures depending on the season. You can enjoy fly fishing, hiking, mountain & road biking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, nature walks and more.

Is the pool open?

Our heated pool is currently closed for the season! Stay tuned for the opening date. (Hint: when the snow clears, it’s pool season.)

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, but we love when guests disconnect, get off the grid and enjoy the great outdoors!

What is the smoking policy?

We are a non-smoking hotel. That said, we appreciate good quality products around the fire pit late at night. If you don’t mess that vibe up, we’re down. If someone gets uncomfortable, it’s closing time.

What is included in the resort fee?

Your resort fee includes a welcome beverage, Wi-Fi, electric bikes, standard bikes, heated pool, fire pits, wood-fired saunas, shuffleboard, corn hole, bocce, hammocks, recreation room, and fresh air galore. We think you’ll find that the value and thoughtfulness of our property is amazing. We take our leisure seriously!

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations that occur within 7 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of your advance deposit in its entirety.

What is your policy for group bookings?

We love hosting groups celebrating vacations, birthdays, reunions, weddings, and more, but we must follow all policies and procedures to ensure all of our guests have an amazing time during their stay while maintaining our standard resort environment. There is always a fine line between the whole property having a great time and a group commandeering the property, so we require contracts for any groups booking more than 10 rooms.
